"Naturgeschichte der Vogel Mitteleuropas" (Johann Naumann, 1896-1905)

The third edition of Naturgeschichte der Vogel Mitteleuropas (Natural History of Central European Birds) was a revised and enlarged version by Johann Friedrich Naumann, and was published from 1896-1905. The birds had all been redrawn showing their natural surroundings, and were drawn by artists such as Keulemans, Gvring, Geisler, and Kleinschmidt.
